What is Fashion OS?

Fashion OS is boutique management software for India, built by Biz Systems, a Zoho partner in Kolkata. It is a CRM and ERP in one: a boutique records each inquiry, books the order, saves the customer's measurements, and then tracks the piece through karigar work, dyeing, trial, alterations, packing and delivery. Alongside orders it handles vendors and karigars, fabric and ready stock, GST billing with counter sales, WhatsApp updates to customers, reports, feedback after delivery, and AI agents built on Claude that answer questions about your own orders. It runs in a browser on a phone or laptop, with data stored in Zoho's data centres in India. There are two plans. Boutique CRM is for a single boutique and costs ₹999 plus GST a month, including 2 users and 5 GB of storage. Multi Boutique CRM is for labels with two or more outlets and is priced for each setup.

Orders move fast. Keep every one on track.

A customer books a lehenga in October for a December wedding. The fabric goes to the embroidery karigar, then the dyer, then the tailor. Each of them has a different date in mind.

Most boutiques track this in a diary, a phone gallery and memory. That works for ten orders a month. At fifty, a trial date slips, a dupatta comes back in the wrong shade and nobody is sure who still owes an advance.

What does Fashion OS include?

Eight connected modules. Start with customers and orders, and switch on the rest when you're ready for them.

Customers

Customers and orders

Every inquiry becomes a customer record with measurements, past orders and preferences. Booking an order takes a minute and each one gets a delivery date.

  • Inquiries from walk-ins, calls, Instagram and WhatsApp
  • Measurement sheets saved per customer and garment
  • Advance, balance and trial dates on each order
  • Reference photos and sketches attached
  • Family and wedding orders on one bill, with each person's measurements
Production

Production tracking

See where each piece is: cutting, embroidery, dyeing, stitching, alterations or packing. Late orders show up before the customer has to call.

  • A stage board for every order in progress
  • Job cards for your in-house team
  • Alterations and rework after trial
  • Orders due this week on one screen
Vendors

Vendors and karigars

Know what went out to the dyer, the embroidery unit and the tailor, when it's due back and what you owe each of them.

  • Dyers, karigars, tailors and fabric suppliers
  • Pieces issued and received, with dates
  • Rates per piece or per job
  • Payments made and still pending
Stock

Inventory

Fabric in metres, trims and laces by count, and ready pieces on the rack. Stock comes down as orders use it.

  • Fabric, lining, trims and accessories
  • Ready-to-wear and kidswear by size
  • Low stock alerts
  • Purchases linked to suppliers
Billing

Billing and POS

GST bills for custom orders and quick counter billing for ready pieces. Take cash, UPI or card and share the bill on WhatsApp.

  • GST invoices, with receipts for advances
  • Advance and balance rules, so nothing is delivered unpaid
  • Counter billing with barcode scan
  • Sales sent to Tally or Busy
  • Zoho Books if you'd like to move your accounts
  • Integrates with the POS you already use
Messages

Customer messages

Send order confirmations, trial reminders and ready-for-pickup messages without typing each one. Wish customers on birthdays and festivals.

  • WhatsApp and SMS updates at each stage
  • Payment reminders for pending balances
  • Festival and new collection broadcasts
  • Message history on the customer record
Reports

Reports and tasks

Start the day with a list of what needs doing, and end the month with the numbers already added up.

  • A daily task list: follow-ups, trial calls and alterations due
  • Delayed and at-risk orders, before the delivery date
  • Daily collection and balance due, by cash, UPI and card
  • Birthdays, anniversaries and customers who have gone quiet
Feedback

Feedback and reviews

Two days after delivery the customer gets a short feedback link. Happy customers are pointed to your Google page, and unhappy ones reach you first.

  • Rating, fit and on-time feedback on every order
  • Your Google review link shown after a good rating
  • A low rating alerts you and opens a complaint
  • Complaints tracked until they are resolved

A wedding in the family is one order

Take the bride's lehenga, her mother's saree blouse and the children's outfits together. One person pays, and each wearer keeps their own measurements, garments and trial dates.

  • One bill and one advance for the whole family
  • Every garment tracked on its own, by wearer
  • The family's past orders and occasions in one place

Nothing leaves the boutique unpaid

Set your own rules once and the system holds the line for your staff, politely.

  • An order confirms only after your minimum advance is in
  • Packing waits until the trial is approved and alterations are done
  • Delivery waits until the balance is cleared, unless you override it

AI agents, built on Claude

Fashion OS includes AI agents that work on your own boutique's orders, customers and stock. They run on Claude, the AI model made by Anthropic.

  • Ask in plain words. "Which orders are due this week?" or "Who still owes a balance?" and get the answer from your own data.
  • Draft customer messages. Trial reminders, ready-for-pickup notes and payment follow-ups, written for you to check and send.
  • A morning summary. What is late, what is due back from karigars and dyers, and which trials are today.
  • You stay in charge. An agent suggests and drafts. Nothing is sent to a customer or changed on an order until you approve it.

Questions boutique owners ask

What is Fashion OS?

Fashion OS is boutique management software for India. It keeps a boutique's customers, orders, measurements, production stages, vendors and karigars, fabric stock, billing, customer messages, reports and customer feedback in one system. It comes in two plans: Boutique CRM for a single boutique and Multi Boutique CRM for labels with several outlets.

How much does Boutique CRM cost?

Boutique CRM costs ₹999 a month plus GST for one boutique. It includes 2 users and 5 GB of storage for design photos, measurement sheets and bills. Extra users are ₹299 a month each, plus GST. Multi Boutique CRM is priced on the number of outlets and the storage you need.

Can I run a home boutique on Fashion OS?

Yes. Boutique CRM is made for small boutiques, including ones run from home. It works in a phone or laptop browser, and you can start with only orders and customers, then switch on production, stock and billing when you need them.

Can I take one order for a whole family?

Yes. A family or wedding order goes on one bill with one payer. Each person keeps their own measurements, garments and trial dates, and you can see the whole family's orders and occasions together.

Can I stop an order being delivered before it is paid?

Yes. You set a minimum advance and the order confirms only once it is received. Packing waits for an approved trial and finished alterations, and delivery waits for the balance. The owner or a manager can override a rule with a note.

Does Fashion OS work with Tally or Busy?

Yes. Sales, purchases and payments can be sent to Tally or Busy so your accountant keeps working the way they do today. If you would rather move your accounts, Fashion OS also connects to Zoho Books.

Does Fashion OS integrate with my existing POS?

Yes. Fashion OS has its own counter billing, and it also integrates with other POS systems, so sales from the POS you already use flow into orders, stock and accounts. Tell us which POS you run and we will confirm the connection during your demo.

Does Fashion OS use AI?

Yes. Fashion OS includes AI agents built on Claude, the AI model made by Anthropic. You can ask questions about your own orders, customers and stock in plain words, get a morning summary of what is late or due, and have customer messages drafted for you. Nothing is sent or changed until you approve it.

Is my boutique data secure?

Your data is stored in Zoho's data centres in India, on Zoho Catalyst. Every page loads over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and each staff member has their own login and sees only what their role allows. No software can honestly promise zero risk, so we tell you plainly where your data is kept and who can open it.

Where is my boutique's data stored?

Fashion OS runs on Zoho Catalyst, Zoho's cloud platform, and your data is stored in Zoho's data centres in India. Each staff member signs in with their own login and sees only what their role allows.

What happens when I cross 5 GB of storage?

Nothing stops working. We tell you before you reach the limit and you can add more storage to your plan. Photos and files you have already saved stay where they are.

Who builds and supports Fashion OS?

Fashion OS is a brand by Biz Systems, a Zoho partner based in Kolkata. The same team sets up your account, moves your existing customer list in and supports you afterwards.

Your boutique, run on a system

You started a boutique to design clothes, and the diary, the follow-up calls and the month-end counting came with it.

Fashion OS takes the tracking off your hands so the designing stays with you.
